sakit hati :( it burns into the deepest part of my heart

so today, the shoes i ordered just arrived. i was so happy and so glad cause i'm starting to think that it'll never arrive. then, to ruin all of the happiness, when i try the shoes, it is too small :( that really breaks my heart :( i waited for a week and this is what happens? :(( i texted the dude that sells the shoe and asked if i can switch to a larger size, and he hasn't replied -__- even if he says no, i still have kaskus :P
